We as The Sigifamily enjoyed the @Europa-Park very much. But we didn't pull out our iPhones on the wild rides. Nevertheless, we were able to capture the great Halloween atmosphere at the Europapark.

The Aquarium of Genoa is the largest one in Italy. Here you can admire 15’000 animals, with more than 400 species of fishes, marine mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds, through a journey to discover the marine environment of the planet and its inhabitants.

We seized the moment and enjoyed Genova. Our Hotel was near Spiaggia di Boccadasse, a fishermen‘s village featuring pastel-colored houses. 

Piazza De Ferrari is the main square of Genoa. Situated in the heart of the city between the historical and the modern center. We love this Piazza. Set along the Ligurian Sea, Porto Antico is a buzzy harbor packed with attractions and Eataly. 

We also went up to D'Albertis Castle. The ride with the Ascensore Via Balbi - Corso Dogali was special and nice.

Region Piemonte - Famous for its wines and food 🍷 Barolo

A travel to Piemonte is always a contemporary journey through its wines and its history. Also the villages are authentic and they have so many stories to tell. 

The Sigifamily enjoyed the Wine Museum in Barolo. Italy's most innovative wine museum, as well as one of the most important worldwide, is set in the heart of a territory that is famous for its wines, and in the halls and rooms of a castle with a thousand-year history. 

Wine Tasting @ L’Astemia Pentita. It comprises of 20 hectares of vines between the communes of Barolo and Monforte d'Alba.

Torino - What a show!

Torino is nice and has many parks: gently leaning against the hills and embraced by the Po, it owes much of its charm to its enchanting geographical position at the foot of the western Alps. And our highlight was the Fiat Test Track on the rooftop of our hotel. Really great!

National Museum Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci

The Sigifamily visited the World of Leonardo da Vinci in Milan. It‘s one of the most important science and technology museums in Europe and one of the most attractive historical sites in Milan. We explored the largest permanent exhibition dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci, engineer and humanist.

Number one visit is Piazza del Duomo. The Duomo of Milano, the Cathedral at the heart of the city, is an architectural masterpiece that remains imprinted in the memory of all those who visit Milano. 

Leonardo da Vinci and Milano were meant to cross paths. On one hand, we have the polymath artist, futuristic engineer and master of ceremonies, an accomplished painter, architect and musician. On the other, a growing city finally at peace. Few people know that Leonardo spent the longest and most prolific part of his life in Milano. We as The Sigifamily enjoyed Milano!

San Siro ⚽️ The stadium of Milan

The San Siro Stadium, named after the Milanese district in which it is located, since 1980 has been dedicated to the memory of Giuseppe Meazza, one of the greatest Italian soccer players, who has worn the colors of both Inter and Milan. 

We walked into the footsteps of champions and entered the areas of the stadium.

Its final station is 100 m from the entrance gate of the park.
